Once the agreed interests are sold, your property will be transferred to a specific LLC or equivalent exclusively for that property. You can maintain your preferred ownership percentage, up to a maximum of 50%, while HOTELA takes responsibility for finding buyers for the remaining HOTELA ownership percentage.

If all the ownership shares of your property have been sold, you have the option to sell your portion of ownership at any time. You determine the selling price, and we will promote the property as we would a standard property listing. However, the other owners have the right of first refusal before the property can be sold to an outside party.
